Our intimate facility makes Lokka Med Spa the perfect venue for your spa party. From small gatherings to mini-spa treatments, we can customize spa parties for all occasions to fit your budget and your mood.

A spa party is a novel idea when planning a social gathering or sharing a joyful event with friends/family. Lokka Med Spa can comfortably accommodate smaller groups; however, with mini-spa treatments available, we’ve accommodated groups of 6-8 people. We can even plan special gift bags for your group if you desire.
 

We are a perfect haven for brides and grooms looking to pamper themselves in the midst of the wedding arrangements. We have many bridal packages to choose for women and men, or we can choose services off of our spa treatment menu to design a custom package just for you.

For Spa Party Groups (4 or more):

All spa parties include the use of robes, slippers, foot soak, neck wrap, access to the beverage bar with includes freshly squeezed lemon water and light snacks. A light lunch can be added for addition price along with other items. Ask about our “add-ons” to make your day at the spa more enjoyable.  Spa parties take time to plan and coordinate- BUT we make it easy and effortless so that you don't have the stress of planning.  Additional catering options are available upon request.

Please be aware that create your party, we do require at least a month to plan a larger party.  And also, when planning your spa party with Lokka Med Spa please know that:
 

  • Groups of 4 or more will require a signed and approved spa agreement before the spa party can be scheduled.  
     
  • All spa parties are secured with credit card.  We accept Visa and MC only. 
     
  • A 50% non-refundable (and non-transferable) deposit is required for all parties of 4 people or more. 
     
  • Ask about our cancellation policy for spa parties.  We staff in advance according to your agreement.  Advance notice is needed to cancel spa party.
     
  • Any changes/adjustments/additions to your spa party need to be done the week before the day of service in order to staff accordingly.
     
  • Guests who decide to bring refreshments/food/decorations are allowed to do so; however, please arrive in advance to ensure that all preparations are done before your scheduled spa service. 
     
  • A 20% gratuity will be added for all parties 4 or more. 
     
  • Please note the time of your arrival.  If the party arrives late, the full service price will be charged.
     


Group Rates:
Groups of 3 or less: No discounts are given to parties of 3 or less. 
Groups of 4 - 6 receiving 2 (excluding express services and cosmetic treatments) or more services= 5% off each
Groups of 7 - 8 receiving 2 (excluding express services and cosmetic treatments) or more services= 10% off each
Groups over 8 = Please contact spa for quote.


Ideas for a Lokka Sparty:

• One Hour Massage or Body Treatments for 4-8 people

• One Hour Massage and One Hour Facial for up to 6 people

• One Hour Massage or One Hour Facial with Pedicure for up to 4 people

 

All of the above information is noted in the Spa Agreement and will be reviewed with you as we make plans for your special day!  We encourage you to tour the facility and meet the staff beforehand.  For spa party consultation, please call Spa Coordinator Jade Landry at 225.381.7944 during normal business hours.  She will make sure that your spa party is the most memorable event down to the last detail- created just for you!  Or you can simply email her at info@lokkamedspa.com for more information.  Please allow for 48 hours for a reply.   

Other discounts/ special offers may NOT be applied for a spa party. Please speak with spa for exact pricing. Customized pricing/quotes are necessary for certain groups. Call for assistance in planning the event at least a month in advance, so that we can plan a party specifically tailored to your group. We hope to arrange a wonderful spa experience for everyone.
