Stewart & Nikki Cayton, Owners
Stewart and Nikki Cayton moved to Baton Rouge from New Orleans in 2005. As the new owners, they changed the name of Lokka Spa Retreat to Lokka Med Spa. Lokka Med Spa then became the first and only Med Spa in the downtown Baton Rouge area.

Dr. Stewart T. Cayton is a graduate of McNeese State University in Lake Charles and received his medical education and surgical training at LSU Medical School in New Orleans. Since 2005, Stewart Cayton, MD, board-certified general surgeon, has been a Trauma and Critical Care Surgeon. Dr. Cayton is the Medical Director at Lokka Med Spa as well as Medical Director at another prominent local cosmetic and weight loss salon, Body Image Solutions on Jefferson Highway.

Dr. Cayton is very skilled with injectables like Botox and dermal fillers like Juvederm and Restylane and has patients that travel to Baton Rouge from as far away as Memphis for his services such as lip augmentations and brow lifts…all done without surgery!

Nikki Cayton graduated from Louisiana State University with degrees in Advertising and Business. Nikki’s past career experiences in various cities in business management, advertising and marketing have given her the tools she needs to successfully run a company and the drive and dedication it takes to make it work. After taking some time off to raise their two children, Nikki is happy to team up with her husband. Together, with their knowledgeable, professional and dedicated staff, they will to create an establishment of tranquility that downtown has never seen before.

The Caytons are pleased to share their intimate facility with Baton Rouge and eager to present to their customers treatments that exceed expectations. Nieshia Williams, Licensed Massage Therapist
Nieshia, a native of New Orleans, started her journey as a massage therapist in 2007. She graduated from Blue Cliff College in Baton Rouge, LA. She is a nationally certified massage therapist licensed to practice massage in Louisiana. She continues to expand her knowledge, experience and expertise in massage by attending workshops. Specifically, a prenatal and postnatal massage class. Ms. Williams completed this class this past summer to better serve her mommy-to-be clients.

During the transition of ownership of the spa in July of 2009, Nieshia remained focused and dedicated to her clients and to her profession. She is driven and passionate. Ms. Williams clients are committed to her after just one massage because the results are always positive and people feel better immediately. She looks forward to expanding her clientele and furthering her knowledge of massage in different modalities.
